Debra founded The Stanton Group, Inc. in 1986.  She serves as its president, chief executive officer and managing broker and is responsible for all aspects of corporate operations, client acquisition and retention, new business development and customer relations.  Now in its third decade, Stanton Group has grown to manage over 1,000,000 square feet of space. 

Debra has served as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management in Nashville, is a life member of the Commercial Awards of Excellence, named a "Heavy Hitter" in Commercial Real Estate, and is a charter member of Women in Commercial Real Estate. 

Debra has been a Woman Business Owner of the Year finalist and Property Manager of the Year.  In 2003, Debra was named as one of the "Williamson 25" and again honored in Nashville Business Journal as one of the "Women of Influence" in 2007.
