Sharon Emerson

Sharon joined Stanton Group in June of 2009 to serve as Vice President of Leasing and Management.  Sharon oversees all facets of management, leasing and tenant representations as well as corporate administration.  She began her real estate career in 1998 with a newly formed industrial real estate company. Prior to joining SGI she was an affiliate broker with a local retail developer who owned and operated 26 shopping centers in 5 states. Her real estate experience has included landlord/developer site selection, tenant representation, leasing and market research for the industrial, office and retail markets. Since 1998 Sharon has been involved in over 3.5 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $37 million.
