Facilities Coordinator

Star worked at Stanton Group from 2000 to 2003 and then returned in 2006 to serve as the Facilities Coordinator.  Prior to joining SGI, she was employed by HUD/THDA for 6 years managing the daily operations and leasing needs for subsidized housing. 

As Facility Coordinator, Star is responsible for handling the myriad activities for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties the company manages.  From elevators to landscaping to cleaning and roof leaks, Star is the first line of defense and offense for the tenants and service providers.

Star has obtained a lead-based paint certification and attends SAHMA seminars to maintain her certification.  She is currently seeking her Tennessee affiliate broker's license.
