Should your proposal be accepted, SGI requires that you provide a W-9 and a Certificate of General Liability Insurance (COI) for your company, which should include the property address for which you are doing work and the landlord’s name along with The Stanton Group, Inc. All parties must be listed as an "Additional Insured” with respects to work performed at said location(s).
